Meet The Coach

My history is working with people struggling in high-stress workplace environments, helping them tolerate ambiguity and change. Sometimes burnout and toxicity of high-performance environments stymie our potential. many leadership positions require this type of mental agility 

 

 Leaders can leverage positivity, making the quickest differences by leading with good "HUMAN" skills. This is often what the unknowing refers to as soft skills. I promise you that using the skills of human leadership to empower others is far from soft 

I worked in behavior change for over two decades and learned that humans are predictable in handling stress, change, motivation, and goal acquisition.

 

Although I am a businessman and entrepreneur my expertise is in relationships connections and communication The Executive training space is where I harness all my work for your benefit. Honestly, it's just as much for my benefit. I learn more with every person or group I meet

There are many coaches out to choose from and many can leave you feeling motivated, but I have the training of people who have struggled and won. What they share with me is now a set of skills that I teach others

Coaching Philosophy

My base theory is Emotional Intelligence. This is the ability to know your motivations and reactions to others and yourself and use them for a positive outcome. Add positive psychology and leadership development to this mix and you have a leader ready for this decade and the future.

Methodology 

We assess and measure 16 items of Emotional intelligence using an internationally normed tool provided by the EQ-i 2.0 MHS company. This is the recommended starting point for all clients or companies because it starts with measurement. 

Approach

I'm working on your mental agility, stamina, and flexibility. I use a path or exercise that has been proven in an area of study (positive psychology, business leadership acumen, and goal acquisition. Not pushy, but encouraging your strengths.
